As Chief Executive Officer of Bagels & Co., Kevin Armantrout leads the company's growth strategy, franchise development, operations, and organizational culture. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer, helping transform the company into a scalable franchise platform through standardized operating systems, training programs, technology implementation, and operational accountability. 

Kevin brings more than two decades of restaurant leadership experience with some of the industry's most recognized brands. His career includes executive leadership positions with Another Broken Egg Cafe, where he served as President, and Ruth's Chris Steak House, where he held senior operations leadership roles overseeing multi-unit restaurant performance, talent development, and growth initiatives. 

Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing teams, scalable systems, and guest-centric cultures that drive sustainable growth. Today, he is leading Bagels & Co.'s expansion as the brand grows throughout Florida and into new franchise markets.
