Prior to joining Bagels & Co., she held CFO leadership roles with several high-growth restaurant brands, including Maman, GDK (German Doner Kebab), and Island Poké. She also served as CFO-in-Residence and consultant for MarginEdge, providing financial guidance and operational insights to restaurant operators across the industry. 

With extensive experience supporting emerging and multi-unit restaurant concepts in both the United States and Europe, Georgina brings deep expertise in restaurant finance, operational performance, systems implementation, and growth planning. Her leadership ensures Bagels & Co. maintains strong financial discipline while supporting rapid expansion and franchise success.
